Testing of Bus Bar Duct

Ensuring accurate connections, proper resistance, and compliance with electrical standards.

We confirm correct connections and perform continuity tests on bus duct sections to verify linkage and recording accuracy. If readings are inaccurate, defective busbars are replaced and retested.

Using a megger, resistance between phases and ground is measured. We also test resistance of each main branch post-installation. All joint bolts in the busbar sections are tightened using a torque wrench to ensure precision and safety.

Defective parts, if any, are replaced immediately, and the entire setup is tested again on-site to guarantee safe operation.
